3/4 oz Lime juice - freshly squeezed
3/4 oz Matcha and Vanilla Bean Syrup:
Garnish: fresh sprig of mint
1. To make the matcha and vanilla bean syrup, mix ingredients (including vanilla bean seeds) and bring to a boil, let set for at least 30 min and strain.
2. Add rum, lime juice and cooled syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a tea cup of your choice
